Delete my account and data

Delete your account yourself (immediate)

1. Sign in on fiifulbe.com with Google or Facebook (Sign in page).
2. Open My account.
3. Under Delete my account, tick the confirmation and choose Delete permanently.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

What is deleted

Your account and all related data: email address, name, Google or Facebook identifiers, preferences, progress, favourites and sessions. Technical backups are erased within 14 days.

Choices saved on your device (without an account) are not affected: you can clear them from your browser settings.

Can’t sign in anymore?

Write to us (contact@dpmsoft.com) from your account’s email address asking for deletion; we will carry it out within 30 days and confirm it to you.

Remove Fii Fulɓe’s access on Facebook or Google

Deleting your Fii Fulɓe account does not erase anything at Facebook or Google. To also remove the permission you granted:

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Fii Fulɓe → Remove;
• Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → Fii Fulɓe → Delete all connections.
